| Firearm Transfer Limit: The number of firearms to be transferred is limited to 1 complete firearm or up to 5 stripped receivers. Additional firearms require quantity to be increased in the QTY section of your checkout process.
Standard Title 1 FORM 4473 NICS Over-The-Counter Transfer of semi-automatic, pump or single shot pistol, revolver, rifle, shotgun, receiver, frame etc. Form 4473 is the most common type of transfer. If you have purchased a firearm, you have no doubt completed a 4473 form in the past.
Title 1 NICS Transfer Procedure: Purchase your firearm from your out of state or in state dealer. Include your dealer's information which includes their complete business name, phone, fax and or email address and description of weapon to be transferred in the comments section of your checkout page. We will email or fax our FFL to your dealer as per the dealer information you provide usually within 24 hours. If your dealer has not received our information, please feel free to call and verify the FFL has been sent. We will resubmit if needed our FFL information. Once your dealer receives our FFL information via fax or email, they will ship your firearm to our facility. The dealer must include their FFL with the firearm in the shipment package. Once your firearm has been booked and originating FFL has been verified, you will be called and or emailed for your 4473 NICS form completion at our shop.
NOTICE: Once your firearm arrives we will book it in and notify you by phone or
email. Firearms will not be available for pickup the day the firearm arrives from your dealer. As a matter of policy, a full 24 hours from firearms arrival is required to book your firearm in.
Documentation which must be included in firearm shipment from Seller:
Individual Seller: Firearms transfers from an individual, non-FFL, MUST include within the shipment a clear photocopy of sellers drivers license, phone number and email address.
FFL Dealer: Firearms transfers from FFL licensed dealers MUST include a clear photo-copy of their FFL within the shipment.

1. Complete Contact information of FFL Dealer or Individual must include:
Name, Address, Phone, Fax & Email address (Fax not required if seller is an individual, non-FFL)
2. Complete description of firearm or stripped receiver which must include:
Firearm Maker, Model & Caliber.
