Please read the following information. It is important for you understand the sales process, ETA's (see above link), payment options and transfer procedures. Many of the questions and concerns you will have are answered in this section. Our sales staff will be more than happy to fill in the areas which remain unclear. |

All Rock River Arms listed in this section are on order from the RRA factory and available for deposit. Deposit requests to reserve a rifle are taken by Phone Only.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND FUNDS UNTIL YOU HAVE A RIFLE DESIGNATED TO YOU OVER THE PHONE AND WE HAVE ALL YOUR INFORMATION, INCLUDING THE NAME OF YOUR LOCAL TRANSFER FFL DEALER.
Rifles indicating "0" stock are available for sale with a deposit, pending arrival from the factory. Call our shop, provide the specific "product code" for the rifle you want, and it will be removed from the website and designated to you.
Call, 713-692-1111 and reserve by deposit with Mastercard or Visa "DEBIT CARD", Personal check or Money Order. If in-stock purchase your rifle with MasterCard or Visa credit card. If not already, select a local Federal Firearms Licensed dealer of choice and have them fax their FFL License to 713-699-2773.

If your local dealer is on file, select the dealer and let us know their name. Your firearms will be shipped to the specified dealer. If your local dealer is not on the list, you will need to contact that dealer and have them send their license via fax or email to:
IMPORTANT: We receive a lot of faxes, please have your dealer note on the fax your name at the bottom of the faxed FFL. Please make sure your local FFL send their license in a timely manner.

Because of the factory lead time we offer the following deposit method:
Deposit to reserve a rifle is currently only 20%
A deposit can be placed with a Mastercard or Visa "DEBIT CARD" over the phone or
a personal, Cashiers Check or Money Order can be sent via mail.

DEPOSITS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR ORDER.
Once your deposit is received you will be sent a sales order confirming the specific rifle which is designated to you. Once your rifle arrives in our facility, your remaining balance can be charged on your Mastercard or VISA credit card. Debit card information is taken at the time of your initial call however your debit card is not automatically charged the remaining balance. We will contact you and you have the option of using an alternate method of payment such as a standard Mastercard or VISA credit card. We process the balance just prior to shipping your rifle.
We have walk-in customers as well as nationwide Internet sales. Rifles move fast and many are one of a kind and have limited availability. Orders which do not have deposits in place within 10 days are posted back to the website.

When your rifle arrives, we will process your order, verify local FFL shipping information and your rifle will be shipped via UPS fully insured to your local dealer within 24-48 hours. Delay of your order shipping is usually the lack of FFL paperwork. It is your responsibility to make sure your dealer faxes their license. See Sales Terms for Ordering & Shipping for more details. The Sales Terms link is located at the top of every page of this website in the header. For local pickup at our shop all payments and transfer paperwork is handled face to face. |

CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Rock River Arms charges a fee of $25.00 for change-orders and we pass that fee to you. Once you place your order and we designate a rifle to you, any change to your rifle configuration or product code is $25.00. Please make sure the rifle you select is the one you really want. See Sales Terms page for additional information.
Be the first to know when rifles arrive in from Rock River Arms!
Just select the "Email me when Back-In-Stock". You will receive an email as soon as the rifle enters our inventory from our receiving department. As supply is slim, many rifles are removed from the site as they have deposits placed. If you are interested in a rifle, you may never receive an in stock email as it was sold by deposit before arriving. Your best bet is to place a deposit.

Because of uncertain political conditions our ability
to discount across the board is very limited.
All prices shown on our Rock River Arms sales pages are listed at Rock River "MAP" (Minimum Advertised Price) or RETAIL pricing and may not reflect your actual price. For your special discount price on select items via email click "Email me a better price" or call during business hours 713.692.1111 and we will quote you right over the phone. If there is no provision to obtain a better price by "Email me a better price", then the rifle is not discounted and the price posted prevails.
Providing you with quality products at reasonable prices is our top priority. Rock River Arms newly introduced rifles such as .308, 6.8 SPC, .458 SOCOM & hard to get items like LAR-15 Lower Receivers may not be discounted because of supply and demand issues.
