In store - OTC (Over The Counter)
We accept Money Order, Cashiers Check, Cash, Personal & Company Checks, MasterCard & Visa. Prices do not include applicable local sales tax of 8.25% or shipping charges to your local FFL. Your valid Texas CHL and completion of the NICS form will speed your purchase. NICS approval required for all local sales.We do not low-ball our prices, then add a bunch of fees.
Mail Order - Shipped to your FFL
For mail order purchases which you are NOT purchasing in person in our store and which the item requires shipment to your local FFLwe accept payment in the form of Money Order, Personal & Company Checks (please allow minimum 5 days to clear). No COD. We accept MasterCard & Visa credit card purchases. For mail order payments with credit cards, ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR CREDIT CARDS WHERE NOTED. All weapons must be paid in full prior to shipment to your FFL. It is your responsibility to arrange and negotiate the terms with your local dealer regarding transfer fee and your NICS application process in your local area. It is your responsibility to know and understand your local gun laws. Ask your local dealer about gun laws and in addition perform your own independent research to have a complete understanding. It is your responsibility to make sure your local dealer faxes their FFL.
Change-Orders - Many manufactures have change order fees. You are responsible for any fees or charges as a result in a change to your order after your order is placed by Class3Weapons with the manufacturer. Make sure you double check your order before you pull the purchase trigger.
Customers wishing to change their order from a firearm originally purchased at Retail Price to a rifle which offered at a discount from Retail price, will only be allowed at the Retail Price of the desired rifle. Customers wishing to change their order from a firearm originally purchased at a discounted price may change to another firearm offered at a discount price. Change orders are only allowed at equal to or greater than the original purchase price.
Rock River Arms fee for change orders is $25.00. All rifle change orders are $25.00. Change orders include, but are not limited to, rifle configuration modifications and/or product code changes. As an example, if you place an order for a rifle and you decide you want a different rifle instead, it's $25.00 to change the order. If you place an order for a rifle and another rifle arrives and is available in stock and you decide you want that rifle instead, it's $25.00 to change the order. Not including gunsmithing fees, if you want modifications to the configuration of the rifle, it's $25.00 to change the order. Change orders take time and require paperwork, accounting and website changes in 4 different areas. Please make sure you order the rifle you really want and stick with it, otherwise the fee is triggered.
Shipping - For mail order shipments to your FFL, shipment of rifles purchased on-line which are In-Stock are calculated at UPS shipping rate in the checkout process. Rifles yet to arrive and purchased with deposit via phone are $25.00 flat rate via UPS. Rifles lines such as RRA Pro-Series and other rifles which include many add-on's will have higher shipping charges.
COD - no COD, all orders must be fully paid before shipment.

Gun Sales age requirements - Texas -18 or older for rifles, 21 or older for pistols.
Individual and logistical prohibition - We will not sell to individuals who are prohibited by law from obtaining a firearm. We will not ship to locations that prohibit the possession or ownership of certain firearms.We will not ship to dpo locations We will not export.
Order Cancellations - unless otherwise negotiated in writing, 20% cancellation fee on cancelled orders.
Returns - All sales final for delivered sales.
Class 3 - NFA Title II
In addition to the In-store OTC and Mail Order sales terms, sales of class 3 items are controlled and regulated by the BATFE. All sales and ultimate transfer and possession to corporations and or individuals must be done in person and in accordance to BATFE rules and regulations. In addition to your purchase price Class 3 Weapons charges a fee for BATFE paperwork in addition to the applicable tax due directly payable to the BATFE upon the submission of your application package. Tax for NFA class 3 items is either $5.00 for AOW (Any-Other-Weapon) or $200.00 for silencers, machineguns & SBR's.
Sales of class 3 items to individuals or corporations outside the state of Texas must be shipped to your local FFL/SOT dealer of choice. No class 3 item will be shipped until paid in full for the item. Shipment of any class 3 item will not take effect until documentation reflecting your local dealers current FFL & SOT information is obtained. Your local in state class 3 dealer will know what these documents consist of. Documentation may be faxed to 713-699-2773 and will be electronically verified by our staff and by phone with your dealer. Please include all local contact information for your dealer. BATFE taxes, paperwork fees etc is a matter to be negotiated with your local dealer and not a part of your purchase from Class3Weapons. Purchase of a class 3 item does not give you the right of possession of the class 3 item you purchase. Conveyance of the class 3 item and your ultimate approved possession is only possible when you complete the above described application and payment of tax procedure with your local in state dealer and are approved by the BATFE. You may check your local FFL dealers status here but not class 3 status.
